If you are feeling anxious or just need someone to talk to call or text 1737.
Mentemia - An app that coaches mental wellbeing, free to all New Zealanders.
Buy Māori Made - A public Facebook group to promote the products and services of Māori business owners. If you are interested in purchasing (or featuring your) authentic Māori made products then this is the page for you.
Getting Through Together: A campaign for all New Zealanders about helping each other and ourselves through COVID-19.
If you need essential supplies and do not have friends or whānau who can help contact your COVID-19 Packages of Support for Māori.
The Maori wardens in your area have a range of services available for whanau. Contact your regional coordinator here.
Whānau Ora, Hāpai Te Hauora, Māori health providers or Te Puni Kōkiri regional support may also provide relevant services for you and your whanau.

Oranga Marae - A programme of support, advice and investment for marae. Giving whānau and hapū advice, funding and support to help develop their marae and achieve their goals. This support may include building projects and activities to revitalise cultural knowledge.
5000 Tribes - A global indigenous online marketplace and trading platform, creating a space for Māori (and Pasifika) businesses to showcase and sell their products on a global scale.
Ngawha Innovation & Enterprise Park - This Innovation and Enterprise Park has received funding to boost innovative primary sector businesses and create training and job opportunities for Northland locals through the construction of an innovation and enterprise park at Ngawha.

If you are unable to find what you need online, and are not sure who to contact for help, call the free. government helpline on 0800 779 997 or on 0800 22 66 57 (8am to 1am, seven days a week).
In addition to the above, if you, or your whānau require any health services, these are still available as well.Health and medical facilities are open. This includes healthcare services, such as Healthline, your local doctor, cancer services, disability, and aged support services. The way these services operate may have changed, for example, your GP might offer a phone or video conference consultation rather than see you in person, so give them a call or send them an email first.
If you are severely unwell, for example having trouble breathing, contact emergency services (dial 111).
If you’re feeling down or depressed let someone you trust know. Don’t keep these feelings to yourself. There are people who can and want to help. If you want to talk to a professional a good start may be your doctor, or you can call the Depression Helpline about how you are feeling or to ask a question: 0800 111 757 or text 4202.

If you have:
been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case
recently arrived from overseas
been in contact with someone who has travelled overseas eg, Customs and Immigration staff, staff at quarantine/isolation facilities
worked on an international aircraft or ship
cleaned at an international airport or maritime port in areas visited by international arrivals you should get assessed for COVID-19. To discuss getting an assessment call Healthline on 0800 358 5453 or your doctor.
